Information you provide
When you create a participant account, Rustle stores your phone number, name, optional email, waiver status and version, completed and unlocked levels, waiting pools, show history, Doppelgänger selection, and referral state. The exact waiver text, typed signature, version, and timestamp are stored when you sign. Artist applications store the contact information, creative work, contribution, portfolio, and notes the applicant submits. Existing builder, contact, business, and paid-participant forms continue to store the information shown in those forms.
How it is used
Participant records are used to verify eligibility, enforce sequential progression, manage waiting pools, schedule shows, record attendance, match mutual Doppelgängers, and administer referrals. A waiting-pool entry is not consent for any activity, touch, control, risk, or rule-breaking. Experience-specific boundaries, disclosures, and opt-ins remain separate. Artist applications are used for review, possible auditions, and experience planning. Other submissions are used for casting, production, partnerships, and replies.
Sharing
Rustle does not sell your information. It may be processed by the services used to host the website, store participant records, send SMS verification codes, and deliver communications.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from messages at any time. To request deletion, use the Contact page or reply to a Rustle message and ask for your record to be removed.
Retention
Participant accounts, waiver records, waiting-pool entries, show history, applications, surveys, inquiries, and contact tickets are kept while they are useful to Rustle or until deletion is requested, subject to records Rustle must retain.
