What Rustle collects.

Information you provide

When you join, Rustle stores your name, email address, city, stated interest, referral code, and signup source. If you complete the paid participant survey, Rustle also stores the contact details, availability, boundaries, skills, and other answers you choose to provide. A private selfie is stored only when you upload one. When you use the contact form, Rustle stores your message and the name, email address, or phone number you choose to provide.

How it is used

This information is used to send experience releases, casting calls, partnership messages, community XP or referral updates, and responses to contact requests. Paid survey information and selfies are used for private casting and production planning.

Sharing

Rustle does not sell your information. It may be processed by the services used to host the website and deliver communications.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from messages at any time. To request deletion, reply to a Rustle message and ask for your signup record to be removed.

Retention

Signup, paid survey, business inquiry, and contact ticket records are kept while they are useful to Rustle or until you ask for deletion.
